What kind of promotions do you offer?

You will receive all your promotional codes or discount codes in your email and account.

How do I use a discount code?

All you have to do is add your eligible items to the cart. Depending on the discount code, it will then either be applied automatically, or you enter it manually at checkout. If you have any questions, you can contact our customer service.

How do I know if a promotion applies to my item?

Items marked or available through the Promotion Page may be eligible for a Promotion. If a minimum purchase amount applies, this amount must be met in each individual transaction.

My discount code has expired. Can I have a new one?

Unfortunately, our customer service cannot reactivate campaigns that are no longer valid. Furthermore, promotional discounts and discount codes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative.

Can I combine two campaigns at the same time?

Some DAM campaigns cannot be used simultaneously. If there are two promotional offers available, you must choose which promotion you want to use. If there is an active promotion that is automatically applied at checkout, simply add your chosen discount code at checkout to override it.
